This Orexin peptide is responsible for the arousal, wakefulness and appetite of the individual. This activation is partly responsible for the wakefulness in the person. After this the smart drug compound impacts the neurotransmitter Dopamine in the body. Dopamine, or as it is nicknamed, the ‘feel-good’ hormone is an important neurotransmitter in the body that is responsible for wakefulness, cognition development of the individual. The reuptake of the neurotransmitter is inhibited by the Nootropic compound, which creates a pool of Dopamine in the vicinity of the former reuptake region. This pooled up Dopamine is later used by the body for its daily activities. Other hormones that are directly and indirectly responsible for the wakefulness and the cognitive enhancement of the user are also increased.

These hormones are:
