Next the Dopamine neurotransmitter in the body is inhibited at the reuptake point. This causes a pool of Dopamine to be formed in the area and later this neurotransmitter is used by the body. Other hormones like Norepinephrine, Serotonin and Histamine are also increased. These actions together give the euphoric effect.
